Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

GymKonnect is a service provided by Fitness Konnect Pvt Ltd. We are committed to delivering high-quality gym management solutions to our clients. This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and refunds.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Services will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services within a billing cycle.
 

2.2 Annual Subscription

Cancellation: Clients can cancel their annual subscription at any time. However, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

​

Refunds: If the cancellation request is made within the first 30 days, a prorated refund will be issued after deducting a ₹1000 cancellation fee.

​

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 30 days of subscription activation.
 

3. Free Trial

​

New users are eligible for a 7 free trial with full access to GymKonnect features.
No payment information is required to start the trial.

After the trial ends, users must subscribe to continue accessing the platform.

4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

​​

Upgrades: Clients can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. The new plan charges will be applied immediately, and a prorated charge will be added to the current billing cycle.

Downgrades: Clients can downgrade their plan, but the changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period in the current cycle.

5. Termination by Fitness Konnect Private Limited

​

Fitness Konnect Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of policy violations, misuse, or non-compliance with our Terms of Service. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
